How do I submit tuition receipts?
Go to the Subscription tab in your student dashboard, choose EasyPaisa, Raast ID, or bank transfer, then upload your payment proof. Admin verifies transfers within 24 hours.
How is attendance tracked?
Attendance is marked automatically when you join a Google Meet session from your dashboard. You can review your full attendance history and percentage in the Attendance tab.
How do I join a live class?
Open My Classes on your student dashboard and tap Join Class up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The Google Meet link activates automatically — no WhatsApp hunting required.
Can I download study notes?
Notes are view-only inside the secure viewer to protect faculty materials. You can open them anytime while logged in; downloads and copying are disabled.
What if my teacher cancels a class?
You receive an instant notification. The teacher or admin reschedules within the same week, and the new Google Meet link appears on your schedule automatically.
Can I choose or change my teachers?
Yes. During signup and in My Teachers you pick subject specialists yourself. If a match is not working, request a teacher change from your dashboard for admin review.
